Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with overtime availability)

Maverick International, a leading provider in pipe, valves, and fittings, is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Materials Associate to join our team at our Hamshire, Texas location. This position is responsible for maintaining the quality and efficiency of our logistics processes.

Responsibilities:
- Shipping and receiving material, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Stocking materials and maintaining inventory control.
- Unloading trucks and operating forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
- Sorting and placing materials in designated areas according to established procedures.
- opening and preparing crates and containers for shipment or offload.
- Marking materials with appropriate identifying information.
- Recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed using computer programs.
- Assisting in physical inventory counting and weighing/counting items for distribution within the plant.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in shipping and receiving is a plus.
- Forklift experience or certification is a plus.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent or good active work history.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds safely.
- Ability to work in outdoor environments.
-Ability to climb stairs.
- Good reading, writing, and communication skills.
- Must be able to follow instructions and work reliably and dependably.
- Successful completion of a background check and UA. (no felonies, violence, or theft)
